This pre-launch notice describes the current implementation. Counsel must review it before production publication.
Audit requests
Name, work email, company, website, call-volume band, current system, and stated challenge are forwarded only to the configured audit webhook. If that webhook is unavailable, the form reports failure and does not claim submission.
Demo calls
Public demo sessions may store scenario, call status, provider call ID, transcript, provisional receipt, and provenance for two hours. Pitch sessions may additionally store the fictional prospect profile for 24 hours.
Analytics
Funnel events may record page and demo state. Transcript text, caller text, names, emails, and ZIP values are prohibited from analytics payloads.
Retention and access
Expired demo sessions are deleted after a one-day cleanup grace period. Access is limited to the systems required to operate the demo and review failures.
